Nirvana - Bleach | UnRated Magazine Review:
Bleach [ Sup Pop ] Purchase Music at Amazon.com

By Trent McMartin

Bleach The debut album from Cobain and company that showcased a glimpse of what was to come. A heavy sludge metal/punk rock record that derived heavily from Black Sabbath and present peers The Melvins and Soundgarden. Bleach was a college hit made for only 600 dollars and recorded in a week. Menacing songs like Blew, School, Big Cheese and Negative Creep would be highlights. The Beatlesque "About a Girl" was Nirvana's first classic. A great time capsule for new and old fans alike who want to know more about one of rocks premier bands.
